Eugene Frederik le Roux CA (SA)

Eugene matriculated from Empangeni High School in 1990.

In 1993 he obtained his B. Comm Accounting degree at the Rand Afrikaans University (RAU).

In 1995 he obtained his B.Comm Financial Management Honours Degree at the Rand Afrikaans University (RAU).

In 1998 he obtained his Certificate in the Theory of Accounting (CTA) from the University of South Africa (UNISA).

In 1999 he obtained his Post-Graduate Diploma in Auditing from the University of South Africa (UNISA).

In 1999 he became a Associate General Accountant (AGA) at the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).

In 2000 he became a Chartered Accountant, CA (SA), at the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).

In 2001 he was registered as a Registered Auditor (RA) at the Independent Regularity Board for Auditors (IRBA).

Eugene has been in public practise at Eubele Chartered Accountants since 2001.

Belinda le Roux

Belinda matriculated from Kuschke Agricultural High School in 1989.

In 1992 she obtained her B. Com Communication degree at the Rand Afrikaans University (RAU) now University of Johannesburg.

In 1993 she obtained her B. Com Hons. in Economy the Rand Afrikaans University (RAU) now University of Johannesburg.

In 1997 she obtained her Masters Degree in Economy the Rand Afrikaans University (RAU) now University of Johannesburg.

Belinda has attended and completed the following SAPOA Courses:

In 1997 the Basic Property Programme (BPP). In 1998 the Property Intermediate Programme (PIP).

In 1998 the Certificate for the Commercial Property Practitioner in conjunction with the University of Pretoria.

Belinda has been working as a commercial property practitioner since 1996.
